I love swarovski crystal “I shop in your Watford branch a lot and find the shop layout beautiful, and the staff very friendly and very quick to serve you. I wish the items were cheaper, as I visit your shop and just spolit for choice, and find the prices so expensive. BE CAREFUL!! “My husband purchased a present for me for my birthday which is on the 27th of september he made the purchase on August 29 and he got a gift receipt. When I got the pendant and the earrings i found i could not wear them becasue I have allergies to anything not made out of gold. I went to the store on the 27th the same day i got the present and was told that their return policy is 14 days. Even though the item has not been used and is still in the same box. This is my first and last experience with them. They would not even allow an exchange becasue it was way over the 14 day return policy. Way over in my opinion is a month not ten days. So be warned if you are buying a present make sure you buy it close to the day you are giving it in case the person needs to exchange.” – Kelly Sarah @ 9/11/2010.
