JeGem jewelry always make my day! “I have just received my incredibly beautiful ring (the fifth one from JeGem ), and I must admit that I remained speechless when I first caught sight of it today. It is so different from any ring I have ever seen in my life. It is not vintage, nor is it super-modern – it is simply unique in its form and design. The artist, who designed and made it, let the stone speak for itself; the gem is embroidered with eight small, brilliant-cut amethysts on four sides – and I don’t know how, but the amethysts even emphasize the fairy-tale beauty of the mystic topaz. Needless to say that the silver part is worked with extreme perfection that demonstrates excellence. I really enjoy wearing the various pieces, and getting to choose which to wear every morning. I feel special every time I wear the jewelry, and I get a lot of pleasure every time I look at it throughout the day. And last but not least – the JeGem team had been supportive and very, very kind and patient ) with me all the time. I will continue to purchase items from JeGem. Refused to return money! Ripoff! “I bought a necklace from Je Gem in December and returned it in December, and I am still waiting for my refund. They have strung me along for months now, promising to credit my credit card and then saying they can’t, promising to send a check, then saying they can’t, and so on and so forth. You can’t get a live person on the phone — all you can do is leave a message and they don’t return your phone calls. They don’t post any information about their company. Total ripoff and the jewelry isn’t worth it. Go elsewhere! ” – @ 4/16/2011.
