great experience “I had a great experiencing ordering from freshtrends. I ordered a pair of plugs that were being dicontinued, got a great price on them. The order was shipped and delivered quickly. Frustrating and slow ordering experience, but nice jewelry. “I ordered some jewelry, including a custom nose piece, from freshtrends. They said the custom piece would be ready in 3-4 business days and then my item would ship. Two weeks passed, so I sent an e-mail asking what was up. They responded that they were having trouble with the custom piece (setting the stone) and were still working on it. Two more weeks passed, so I finally sent an e-mail asking for shipping confirmation or I would have to file a chargeback with my credit card. It shouldn’t take a month to set a tiny stone in a setting, even if it is being difficult! It was shipped the next day. ORDERED & PAID FOR QUALITY – RECEIVED GARBAGE “Ordered a platinum and diamond nose bone. The item shipped quickly. HOWEVER…BEWARE!!! The nose bone is garbage, cheap, worthless. The prongs sit high and snag on everything. They are also very weak. The bone is 2mm longer than specified which makes a huge difference. I’d be shocked if this were actually platinum and if it were a real diamond, as I’ve seen nicer CZ’s. Once you open the package…THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT IT AS A RETURN!!!!! How can you see if its correct if you don’t open the package? Duh!
